Provide accurate, timely, and efficient administrative support to our management, training, consulting and sales teams in order to enhance the wellbeing of our clients through the personal safety and security services offered by our firm.

Duties and Responsibilities

The main duties and responsibilities of the role are:

  • Assist with the administration of training packages
  • Assist in the maintenance of databases including clients, subcontractors, etc.
  • Answer the phones
  • Receive and distribute incoming correspondence, or reply independently where appropriate
  • Manage staff rosters and client booking calendars
  • General office duties including filling, scanning, printing, photocopying and light cleaning
  • Assist with marketing initiatives

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role you need to:

  • Be an enthusiastic and self-motivated ‘all-rounder’
  • Have a demonstrated competency with computers including intermediate MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
  • Have a demonstrated ability to touch type to a minimum of 20 words per minute
  • Have excellent spoken and written English for conversing with clients over the phone and via email
  • Have excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Be able to manage workload from a number of sources with differing priorities
  • Have outstanding attention to detail
  • Be adaptable, with ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Have a high degree of integrity, proactivity and initiative
  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is desirable
