QBE presented another successful Thought Leadership Series in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. Travis Holland was pleased to be invited, along with Jack Nagle from Realdrugtalk, to deliver their stories and insight into Substance Abuse and Occupational Violence in the Workplace.
Specifically Travis spoke with the audiences about the the principles to control and minimise occupational violence in the workplace in order to build better and safer workplaces for staff and the people they support. The sessions also gave the attendees, who were from a broad range of sectors and industries, the opportunity to meet face to face with Travis and share their experiences and concerns regarding occupational violence and managing aggressive behaviours in the workplace.
